Show Prospects Bright For School Year Professor D .E. Robinson, in charge of the department of information service at the Utah Agricultural College Col-lege and professor of marketing at that instiution was in town last Saturday Sat-urday in the interests of the college. Prospects are bright for a very successful year at the institution, according ac-cording to Professor Robinson" who says that the great interest manifest among high school graduates in the work of the college indicates a substantial sub-stantial increase in registration over last year's enrollment. The following brief instructions instructions were formulated by Professor Pro-fessor Robinson for students who contemplate entering the U. A. C. at the opening of the school year on Monday, September 24: Be sure to send all high school or college credits to the Registrar, at least two weeks before the opening of school. Students who fail to do this cannot complete registration until un-til their credits are filed. Arrive at the college in time to get room and board accomodations before be-fore Monday, September 24, the date set foregistration. All classes start promptly on Tuesday, September 25 and students who miss class work are handicapped. Good board and room tan be secured in Logan at reasonable rates. Don't come to the U. A. C. expecting expect-ing to spend a year of leisure. The college wants only those ambitious young people to enroll who expect to work. The standards maintained by the college are high and its credits are accepted at full value in all parts of the country. These high standards can be maintained only by insisting on hard work from all students. Be sure to take your copy .of the college catalog to the U. A. C. when you register. If you haven't received your copy yet, write to the President's Presi-dent's office, and ask for it. It is waiting for you. As far as possible have the course you expect to take selected before you go to college. This will facili-y facili-y tate registration. Students who are not high school graduates but desire to enter the vocational courses must be nineteen years old or over. In the past years the age limit has been eighteen years. |
