Show 'run m-:v men snitiou 'I'lii' announcement that the citizens of Gunnison and the Gunnison valley will be f-iven the privilege of voting for a bond issue or $200, 0UU for a hij-.h school at Gunnison and for the purpose of completing other work, and lo otherwise improve the housing facilities of schools in the South San-pel San-pel e school district, will be hailed with dclij'ht, and the fact that there is a chance to improve the facilities for a better and to provide more room for the increasing school attendance should be an incentive for every taxpayer tax-payer and voter in the district to doff his coat and work for the bonds. The experience had during the past winter when the high school in Gunnison Gun-nison proved entirely too small for the accommodation of the large number num-ber of students, together with the inadequacy of ventilation, proved a big drawback In the success of the school. With a new and more spacious spa-cious building and with improved facilities, fa-cilities, Gunnison and the entire South Sanpete district will gain a reputation rep-utation as an educaitonal center sec-mid sec-mid to none in the state. When the time arrives for voting on the bonds July 19 hurry to the rpolls and support the issuance of bonds for the improvement of our Schooling system. |
