Peterson. Peter-son. Mrs. Ed. Clements and Mrs. D. D. filcGee wore Salina visitors last. Tuesday. Emil Bovang was a motor passenger passen-ger to Manti Tuesday. Ho was at the county seat looking after business matters. Miss Edna Smith, the guest of friends and relatives In Gunnison for i the past month, has returned to her home at Redmond. Mrs. C. A. Fredrickson, mother tc '. Mrs. Joseph Willardson, is here from ' Salt Lake. She will be the guest at the Willardson home for two weeks or : more. Mr. and Mrs. N. L. Hermansen and the Hermansen children, have returned from an extended auto trip to Idaho cities. Mr. and Mrs. Ed. S. Childs and Gilbert Gilb-ert Childs, visited with friends and relatives at Ephriam and Manti last Saturday and Sunday. Mr, and Mrs. Edwin Larson, George and Kimball Larson, motored to Delta yesterday morning. They will be absent for a few days visiting with relatives. Mrs. Ben Peterson entertained a number of friends at her home last Wednesday evening. The affair was given for friends and relatives, and a most delightful evening was enjoyed. Mrs. Peterson served her guests with a light lunch. An 8-pounJ baby boy was born to Mr. and Mrs. C. M. Edwards yesterday morning. Father and Mother Edwards ! are happy and doing fine and the young man is cheerful and will soon be "boss" of the Edwards domicile. Mr. and Mrs. H. A. Howes of Salt i Lake, and who have been in the valley j for a week or more, returned to the capitol city last Tuesday. Mr. Howes ' - expects return to Gunnison about the 1 , middle of July and will more than likt iy i arrange to go into business here. Rev. Russell Woltz, of Manti, will conduct services at the Presbyterian chapel in Gunnison next Sunday evening. ! Services will start at 8 o'clock. A i cordial invitation is extended to all. j Niel Sorensen went to Salt Lake last Monday for a short visit to Mrs. Sorensen. Soren-sen. The latter is at the city taking special treatment and her many friends are glad to know that she is improving i in health. |
