Show - RECEIVES SEVERE INJURIES Joseph Wlllardson, while assisting assist-ing in loading a scraper Thursday of last week .received severe Injuries on his legs and body by being run over with a heavy wagon. While the wagon w.s being jloaded the horses attached became frightened and started to run, and in attempt- Ing to check them, Wlllardson I grabbed the lines, and doing so ' turned the horses towards him. The animals struck the man, throwing him down, and two of the wheels passed over his legs, badly bruising them. The horses continued their mud career until they collided with a telephone pole, when they came to a s'andstill. The injured man was hurried to his home, where an examination ex-amination was made of the injuries. It was found that no bones were broken but that the flesh was badly bruised and several of the tendons ' badly sprained. Willardson Is progressing pro-gressing nicely now and in a few days he expects to be up and about. |
