"The Organization of Co-operative Grain Elevator' Companies" is the title of Bulletin No. 860, issued by the United Uni-ted States department of agriculture upon this subject. The bulletin is addressed ad-dressed to those who desire assistance tfl the formation of co-operative grain elevators, but the subject matter Is treated In a manner that makes the bulletin of interest to those engaged !u other lines of co-operative endeavor as well. The scope of the pamphlet Is limited to matters regarded as fundamental funda-mental and general, and It is intended that the suggestions and recommendations recommen-dations be considered with reference to aud in connection with special cooperative co-operative laws and the laws governing corporations in each of the several states of the Union.
