Show Fayette News (Special Correspondence.) Fayette, March "23. The schools, churches ahdj all public meetings which were closed on account of the influenza epidemic here, are again open. There is yet some sickness, hut nothing serious, and it is believed be-lieved that Fayette has passed through the worst. The sacramental meeting held here last "Sunday proved interesting and was well attended. The prin- j cipal speakers were John Kearns and ; Parley Christiansen. A feature of the meeting was the musical sections sec-tions furnished by El Ray Christiansen, Christian-sen, Bert Bigler, Miss Luella Reea and the ward choir. Mr. and Mrs. Edward Watts of Axte'll were the house guests of Mr. j and Mrs. Merrill Millor last Sunday. Mr. and Mrs. C. Larson of Manti are visiting with their daughter, Mrs. Jess Bartholomew. With the coming of spring the farmers in the Dover district are getting get-ting busy, and much' plowing is now-being now-being done. Jess Bajrtholomew has (returned from Salt Lake City. He was at the capitol city looking after business matters. |
