DAIRY PRODUCTS Butter markets mar-kets firm during week; tone steady at close; price tendency upward. Receipts Re-ceipts moderate. Good demand for practically all grades. Closing prices pric-es 92 score, New York, 40c; Chicago, Chica-go, 3 9c; Philadelphia, 39 c; Boston, Bos-ton, 40c. Cheese markets firm with fairly active buying most of week. Daisies plentiful with supply greater than demand. Prices on nearly all styles at close showed" a tendency to go lower. GRAIN Wheat market unsettled but prices averaged higher for the week. Light receipts, strong cash market, improved milling demand, liberal export business and bullish foreign conditions were principal factors. Closing prices in Chicago cash market: No. 2 Red Winter Wheat, $1-39; No. 2 Hard Winter Wheat, $1.37; No. 2 Mixed Corn, 50c; No. 2 Yellow Corn, fiOc; No. 3 White Oats, 37c. Average farm prices No. 2 Mixed Corn in central towa about 46c; No. 2 Hard Winter Wheat in central Kansas, $1.15. For the-week Chicago May Wheat up 2c closing at $1.39; Chicago May Corn down lc at 62c; Minneapolis May Wheat up 4c at $1.45; Kansas City May Wheat up c at $1.26; Winnipeg May Wheat up 2c at 1.38. LIVESTOCK AND MEATS Chicago Chi-cago hog prices declined 60-75c per 100 lbs, medium and light weights declining most. Beef steers lost 35-5 35-5 0c; butcher cows and heifers generally gen-erally 25-50; veal calves 75-$1.50. Feeder steers averaged 15c lower with spots off more. Fat ewes were 75c higher with yearlings and feeding feed-ing lambs 25c higher. Fat lambs firm to 25c higher.
