Fishburu, who left yesterday morning morn-ing for Salt Lake City to attend the University of Utah, where his wife and little ones will join him in two or three weeks. Tli at aliernoon Mr. and Mrs. Fish burn were invited out to tea so alt could be prepared and the guests could arrive ar-rive without exciting suspicions of what was going on. At half past eight o'clock Mr. and Mrs. Fishburn returned to their home. Airs. Fish-burn, Fish-burn, who, ofeourse. was in the i secret, sent her dutiful lord on i an errand to the room, where, on entering, the assembled assembl-ed guests did most decidedly surprise him. Then all had a right jolly time. After refreshments refresh-ments the tables were cleared away and dancing was enjoyed. An enjoyable feature of the evening was the serenade gi ven b)' ft number of Brigham boys, who were invited in and partook of the dainty good things prepared for those guests who from sick uess and other unavoidable ei re u instances in-stances were kept away. All who did go had a happy time and took their departure at a late hour, wish ing the host and hostess a pleasant winter in Salt Lake, and that Mr. Fishbnrn's labors at the University will be interesting and helpful in the highest degree possible.
