Now, anyone who lias been "pardoned or who was amnestied by ex-President Harrison's proclamation is a full-fledged voter. This oatli need not be administered to those properly pro-perly registered last year and now on the registry list, and is not: required to he administered to voters lor Constitutional delegates. Next week, Sept. 24th to 29th, in-elusive, in-elusive, is "revision week," when registrars are required to register quali fieri voters whose names have not been placed on the lists. Each registrar or deputy is required fo beat his office or usual place of conducting registration work all day Saturday, Septi 29th, the last day of registration. |
