Show COUNTY CONVENTION. Fourteen Delegates Chosen to Attend t lie Territorial ('(intention Today. ' The Democratic County Convention Conven-tion was held in the Court House last Saturday at noon. Wm. Lowe, of Willard, was chosen Chairman; T. C. Young, Secretary. This temporary organization organ-ization was afterwards made' permanent. A. II. Snow, K. II. Baty and R. E. Davis were chosen a committee on credentials; G. R. Chase, Thomas Yates and T. W. Brewer-ton, Brewer-ton, committee on business. Recess was taken until 4:10. when the two committees reported and were discharged. A nomination committee, was 1 chosen as follows: J. D. Call,AVillard; J. D. Peters, Brigham; Thos. Yates. Call's Fort; A. H. Snow, Brigham; I). A. Sanders, Plymouth; T. C. Young, Three Mile Creek; G. It, Chase, Brigham. While this Committee was out, R. H. Baty and Wm. Lowe were called for and delivered stirring addresses. ad-dresses. J. R. Eldridge was also called for. but before he had the pleasure of "spreading himself," in the way of fully exhibiting his splendid physique and melodious voice, the committee entered and Mr. Eldridge sat down with a great, sad sigh amidst a tremen- , dous burst of appreciative ap-1 plause.
