Show ANNIVERSARY PARTY TENDERED TOWNSMAN William Bardsley, the well known townsman, was the host of honor a. ir. anniversary party at his home last Saturday afternoon, the r.ffuir being given by Mrs. Bardsley hi the celebration of his 75th anniversary. Some thirty guests were present ivt the party proved to be one of the most pleasing ever held in the city. It was more of a "home party" tf.au. otherwise, the guests being immediate immedi-ate relatives. The afternoon was pleasantly spent in games, interspersed inter-spersed with vocal and instrumental music and before the guests departed depart-ed a delicious dinner was nerved. The Bardsley home was tastefully decorated with sweet peas and other garden flowers. The out of town guests were Mrs. E. E. Peebles of Collingston, Mrs. Frances Tate of Charleston, Mr. and Mrs. 1). L. Brundige and Miss Violate Bardsley of Salt Lake, and Miss Da.ph.Ine Broadhead of Nephi. |
