Mt. Pleasant Wins. The children from Mt. Pleasant came to Gunnison Thursday of last week for a return game with the locals, lo-cals, and we sure pleased them by lotting them win a game. Many of the Cyclones were out of town and a "pick-up" bunch was substituted to entertain the visitors. In the eighth inning the score stood 18 to 7, with Mt. Pleasant in the lead. The Gunnison Gun-nison boys stepped out and gave a demonstration of what could be done In a pinch in their part of the ninth and ran in eight tallies. An error or tvo put the game to an end, otherwise other-wise the score would have been similar simi-lar to that played at Mt. Pleasant, when the locals carried off the honors hon-ors by winning 23 to 10.
