Show Program for Dry Farming Congress. Cheyenne, Wyo. The program for the third annual Trans-Missouri dry farming congress has been partly arranged ar-ranged and promises to be exceedingly exceeding-ly interesting. The list of speakers includes several agricultural experts from the department of agriculture at Washington. Some of the speakers and their subjects are Dr. Noll of the United States experiment stations, "Conservation of Moisture;" Senator McCall of Melbourne, Australia, "Success "Suc-cess in Australia;" J. A. Rosen, St. Petersburg, "Dry Farming Grains on Russian Steppes;" ex-Senator J. M. Carey of Wyoming, "Reclamation of Arid Lands." Governor B. B. Brooks of Wyoming, president of the congress, con-gress, will preside. |
