OCR Text	Show Harvester Trust Will Pay Up. Topeka Kan. The Internationa' Harvester company will pay the fine of $21,000 assessed against it by tlv district court of Shawnee county ant approved by th'a Kansas supremt court for violating the Kansas ant! trust law. It was generally expecte that the company would appeal th case to the United States suprem court, but as no such motion has bee filed it Is pointed out' by the attorne general that the company intends t pay. Within a few days the distric court will be asked by the Kansas al torney general lo collect the fine.
