URGES PARCELS POST LAW. Postmaster General Believes Legislation Legisla-tion Providing for it Will Be Enacted. Washington. Legislation providing for a general parcels post throughout the United States and its possesions except the Philippine islands is practically prac-tically certain to be enacted by the present congress, perhaps before the conclusion of this session, in the opinion opin-ion of Postmaster General Hitchcock. He has urged upon congress the desirability de-sirability of domestic parcels post because be-cause he believes it will aid suustan-tially suustan-tially in the solution of the problem of the high cost of living.
