Mr. Sorenson was ac companied ou the return home by his wife, who has been here severaj weeks, and recently born child. Mr. Sorenson is employed at Kimberly, a mining camp, aud there doing, well. R M S. M. Duggins is planning the erection of a new store building, to occupy the space now vacant between those of the Consolidated company and Edwards' store. Material for the new structure will soon be on the ground ready for work. The proposed pro-posed building will be of brick and is intended for tenement by the Golden Gol-den Rule company. Mr Rasmussen Ras-mussen has accepted the position of principal of the public Btiooi here for the ensuing year. He has the past two years taught school in the Granite district, Salt Lake county. Mr. Rasmussen, Ras-mussen, who is a brother of Bishop J. A. Rasmussen. will move to Gunnison Gun-nison with his family next September when it is contemplated opening school. |
