Show SUMMONS. To John Doe greeting. On this 17th day of Dec, 1891, appeared before me one B. H. Hunsaker of Honeyville. Box Elder Co., Utah, who being first duly sworn, says, that the following follow-ing described animals did break fence and destroy hay belonging to him during the last week, to wit: One red yearling steer, crop off left ear, branded M on left hip. One red and white steer, left ear crop, branded M on left hip. One roan heifer calf, looks like both ears froze off. KK on left shoulder. One bay saddle horse, about 8 years old, star in forehead, shod on fore ftct. branded FH on right thigh, weighing about S00 pounds. The said li. IL Hunsaker therefore claims damages to the amount of $5.50, to Mr. John Doc, you are therefore summoned to appear be- tore mc, at my place ot business at Call's Fort, Box Elder county. Utah, on Saturday, at 10 o'clock a. m., 20th day of Dec, lbOl, and show cause why the said , B. H. Hunsaker' should not receive judgment judg-ment for said damages, together with keep and all costs, in default de-fault of which, the said cattle will be sold at 2 o'clock the same day at Honeyville, Box Elder county, by the Constable.
