That tho assessment list made by tho City Treasurer as corrected, approved and completed by tho Board of Equalization and Review, heretofore duly appointed by the City Council for that purpose, of the property In Lots 1, 7 and 8, Block 15, Plat "A," Salt Lake City Survey, abutting on both sides of Snow's Court between Main and "West Temple Streets, In Sewer District No. 2, of Salt Lake City, for tho purpose of constructing construct-ing a sewer upon said portion of said street, Is hereby confirmed, and the assessments as-sessments mado and returned in said completed lists are hereby confirmed.
