Mr. and Mrs. Paul Keyser entertained at a dinner at their home on Wednesday. Major and Mrs. M. A. Breeden have returned to their home In Ocean Park. Mrs. T. B. Beatty has returned from California. Cali-fornia. Mr. Frank Knox has gone to California, and will return the first of April. The benefit performance of "The Charity Ball" at the Colonial theatre on Tuesday attracted a i largo and fashionable audience, the officers of the garrison entertaining several large theatre parties. Mrs. W. F. Beer entertained tho Utopia club on Wednesday. Mrs. A. B. Gibson and Mrs. A. H. Warren gave i a bridge tea at the home of the former on Wednesday. Wed-nesday. Mr. and Mrs. "Walter J. Meeks are home from California, where they have spent the winter. Mrs. William G. Alexander has returned from Los Angeles where she has visited since the first of the year. Mr. and Mrs. T. G. Griffin will sail for England Eng-land during April to spend the greater part of the summer with Mr. Griffin's mother. During their absence their home will be occupied by W. H. Cayley with his mother and sisters. MIbs Blanche Burke of Portland who has been the guest of Mr. and Mrs. C. W. Whitley since the first of the year has returned to her home in the northwest. Mr. and Mrs. Gustave Luelwitz have returned to Spokane. Mrs. Justus Jungk will entertain at bridge this afternoon. The same hostess gave an evening even-ing affair on Thursday and a bridge party Friday. |
