Said tar: Jhall become and bo delinquent in five equal yearly Installments, In-stallments, with interest uti tne wlioie sum unpaid at the rato of six per com por annum, payable at the time each installment is due, to-wlt: One-fifth thereof ono year after tho approval of tho ordinance confirming tho levy or tho tax for tho payment for such Improvement; Im-provement; one-fifth thereof in two years after such approval; one-fifth thereof in thrco years nftor such approval; ap-proval; ono-fiftji thorcof in four years after such approval; and one-fifth thereof in flvo years after such approval. ap-proval. Ono or more of said installments, install-ments, In tho order in which they are payable, or tho whole special tax may bo paid at any time within thirty days after tho approval of tho ordinance confirming the levy of tho tax, without with-out interest. In tho event of any installment in-stallment or tho Interest aforesaid not being paid on tho date tho same j becomes due, tho wholo amount of the special tax unpaid at tho timo said installment and lnterost aro duo, shall become duo and payable, and shall draw Interest at tho rato of eight por cent por annum until sale of the proporty prop-orty assessed; provided, ono or moro installments, in tho ordor In which thoy aro pnyablo, or tho whole ppoclal tax unpaid may be paid on tho day any installment becomes due, by paying pay-ing tho amount thereof and interest to said date.
