Be it ordained by the City Council of Salt Lake City, Utah: SECTION 1. That tho assessment list made by tho City Treasurer as corrected, cor-rected, approved and completed by tho Board of Equalization and Review, herotoforo duly appointed by tho City Council for that purpose, of tho praop-erty praop-erty in Lots 3 and 8, Block 20, Plat "B," Salt Lake City Survey, abutting on both sides of Pearl Avenue between Fourth East and Fifth East Streets, In Sewer District No. 1, of Salt Lake City, for tho purpose of constructing a sewer upon said portion of said street, is hereby confirmed, and tho assessments made and returned In said completed lists are hereby confirmed. Trujillo did on lhe 20th day of May, 1907, execute r and deliver to the Utah Loan & Build ing Association his certain promissory 1 note for tho sum of $800, with in terest at the rate of nine per cent per annum from date until paid, payable according to the terms and conditions in said note fully set out; and Whereas, to secure the payment of said note the said Leandro Trujillo and his wife Emeteria F.
