| Show I WILLIAM GILBERT LAID AT REST RE ST funeral services were held this afternoon at 1 at the stohl funeral parlors in this city for william gilbert one of the early pioneers ers of this city who died at pocatello idaho early in the week the body arrived in this city this morning accompanied by members of 0 the family william gilbert was born in england about 86 years ago he came to utah with his parents when about 12 years of 0 age making his home at brigham city he resided here until about three years ago when he went to live with his eldest son william gilbert at pocatello his wife died in this city a number of years ago go he is survived by four sons and tour four daughters and one brother george H gilbert of this city the services for mr gilbert were conducted by B C call cali of the third ward bishopric following a prelude by mrs eddis H watkins a quartet composed of henry frogley 11 D Wot finden mrs connie M peters and sevens levena madsen sang lead kindly light invocation was offered by nels madsen after which the quartet sang when shall we meet the speakers were D P burt james jamea olsen olaen denmark jensen bishop H W valentine and B C call alter after the selection lec alon guide me ille to thee benediction was offered by jacob jensen interment was in the city cemetery |
