Said tax shall become and be delinquent as follows: One-third thereof shall become delinquent delin-quent In three months after the approval of this levy; one-third la six months after said approval, and one-third in twelve months after said approval. Each and every Installment of said tax except the first, shall draw Interest at the rate of 7 per cent per annum from date of levy, and all said installments shall bear ten per cent per annum from date of delinquency. delin-quency. An ordinance levying a. tax and for tho assessment, of property on tho east side of First West street, teeiween Third South arid Fourth South steals, in Sidewalk District No. 11, for thvoitructIon of a-cement a-cement sidewalk, Bo it ordained by tho City Council of Salt Lake City, Utah: Section L That the City Council does hereby levy the tax' and provide for the Assessment of the same upon the property prop-erty hereinafter described in Lots 4 and 5, Block 50, Plat "A," Salt Laka City Survey, Sur-vey, abutting on the east side- of First West street, between Third South and Fourth South strv$H, in Sidewalk District No. 11, said property having a frontage of 660 feet along sals: street.
