Cone and Anna Cone, hi U wife, by their certain deed of trust, dated Decern- M ber 1, 1896, and recorded on the 9th day of April, I 1897, in book "4 B" of trust deeds, on page 530, of H the records in the office of the County Recorder H of Salt Lake county, State of Utah, did convey to M Edward Home, as trustee, the following described real estate, situate in the county of Salt Lake, State of Utah, to-wit: H Lots 47, 48 and 49 of block 3, Central Park sub- division of lots 1, 2, 3, and 16, block 41, ten-acre I plat "A," Big Field survey. In trust, nevertheless, to secure the payment of a certain promissory note made and executed by I James J. Cone in the principal sum of seven nun-1 dred and fifty ($750) dollars, bearing the same date I as said deed of trust, and due and payable two years after date thereof, together with interest thereon at the rate of eight (8) per cent per annum H from date, payable quarter yearly, and payable H to the order of Annie M. Liddell. B And whereas said deed of trust provided that B in case of default of the payment of said proinls- B sory note, or any part thereof, or of the interest n thereon, then said trustee was thereby authorized M and empowered to sell and dispose of the said H premises at public vendue, at the front door of II the courthouse at the county seat of Salt Lake county, Utah, to the highest bidder for cash, first giving thirty days notice of such sale by adver- tisement in some newspaper published and printed W in said county. And whereas default has been made in the payment of the said promissory note, and the same . is due and unpaid. Now, therefore, the undersigned trustee, at the request of the legal holder of said note, and by virtue of the power and authority in him vested, and in accordance with the provisions of said deed of trust, will, on Tuesday, the 7th day of October, Oc-tober, A. D. 1902, at 10 o'clock a. m. of said day, at the south front door of the city and county building, the same being the county courthouse of Salt Lake county, in Salt Lake City, Utah sell the above described premises at public vendue to the highest and best bidder for cash, for the purpose pur-pose of paying said promissory note with interest duo thereon, and will make, execute, asknowledge and deliver to the purchaser or purchasers of said premises good and sufficient deed or deeds of conveyance con-veyance therefor.
