Wilkes, each made December 22nd, 1893, and each recorded in the records of Salt Lake County, State of Utah, on December 23rd, 1893, and January 9th, 1894, in book "A" of Water Claims, at pages 214 and 217 respectively: The appropriation of the Bingham Tunnel Company, made April 4th, 189G, and recorded in the records of said Salt Lake County, State of Utah, on April 8th, 1896, in book "B" of Water Claims, at page 44. Tho appropriation of C. M. Dull, made April 2Gth, 1897, and recorded In tho records of said Salt Lake County, State of Utah, on May 4th, 1897, in book "B" of Water Claims, at pages 68 and 69, respectively. The appropriation of C. W. L. Stevens, made June 4th, 1897, and recorded in the records of said Salt Lake County, State of Utah, on June 24th, 1897, In book "B" of Water Claims, at pageB 73 and 74. The appropriation of Allen G. Lamson, mado December 11th, 1897, and recorded in the records of Salt Lake County, State of Utah. Also all rights of way for flowage of water through canals and other conduits, including a perpetual right of way in the canal of the Utah & Salt Lake Canal Company, to flow all necessary water from the Jordan river to the power creating creat-ing plant aforesaid, and all rights of way for power transmission and telephone lines now acquired. ac-quired.
