Show aunniuviLLu nuivs By Wynona Henderson 679-8560 We were all happy to hear of the marriage of Shanna Goulding to Jay Waite and wish them both much happiness. Lael Chynoweth, Shanna's sister sis-ter and Cal Chynoweth went down to the wedding in the St. George LDS Temple on Saturday. LaKay Quilter is home following fol-lowing her knee surgery in Cedar City last week. She is doing really well and is in good spirits. Bob and Helen Willis were in Salt Lake City for Bob's doctor appointment at the Veterans Administration (VA) Hospital. John and Annie Barnett were also at the VA Hospital for John's appointment. On the way home they had car problems prob-lems but got them worked out. Keith Hayden went to Panguitch and brought them home. Teora Willis was home on the weekend working on her yard, as she is in St. George through the week working in the temple. We wonder where she gets all her energy. Rhoda Shafer has been on a trip to Hawaii but couldn't get the details. Chris and Krissette Roberts were in Cedar City celebrating their first wedding anniversary. They had a very enjoyable time eating out and doing some shopping. shop-ping. Chris says his karate class, the Bryce Valley Karate School will participate at the school talent show coming up. Nathan and Lori Piatt received word of the sudden death of her father Jordan Dodd of Orem. They have spent the week there with her mother. We send our love and condolences to the family. A very successful Tri-LDS Ward Youth Activity was held at the Cannonville LDS Ward and. town park. A large crowd attended and chili and bread-sticks bread-sticks were served. The youth leaders are to be commended for their efforts especially those who participated in the Spook Alley and storytelling and those fine witches who worked in the kitchen. Sandy Johnson spent a fun day in Minersville with her daughters making crafts and visiting. vis-iting. Maitlon Dall of Kearns was an overnight visitor at Ernie and Wynona Henderson's on Saturday. He also attended church here. Also visiting at the Hendersons was Ernie's sister, Joan Cowles and Doyle Jackson of Bountiful. Speakers in Henrieville LDS Ward sacrament meeting were Les, Shirley and Chris Barker. A piano solo was given by Sarah Sorenson. Irving and Viola Rose of Orderville were in town visiting along with their children, Tom and Janice Cline and family of West Jordan. Katie Morton of Farmington and her family, Mike and Renae Cheney and family , of Kaysville were also weekend visitors. Ernie and Wynona Henderson were gathering firewood fire-wood a few different days last week, then went out to the Bryce CanyonPines for dinner to celebrate their 44th wedding anniversary and Wynona's birthday. birth-day.
