Show PUBLIC NOTICE The Five County Association of Governments' Area Agency on Aging is soliciting bids for a fiscaf intermediary to act on behalf of frail elderly with our Home and Community Based Programs serving the following five counties: Beaver, Garfield, Iron, Kane and Washington. Bids are being accepted for the purpose of processing payroll. In addition, the fiscaf agent would provide support to the . client regarding hiring, training and managing paid caregivers and employer responsibilities. The AOG reserves the right to reject any or all bids if there is sound documented docu-mented reason. PUBLIC NOTICE MID-YEAR ALLOCATIONS The Five County Association of Gevernments is announcing the availability of mid-year funding for Community Services Block Grant (CSBG) funding cycle October; 1, 2001 through September 30, 2002. These funds are designed to assist low income residents and are to be used to impact the causes of poverty in the local area (Beaver, Garfield, Iron, Kane & Washington counties). Applications may be obtained by calling 673-3548 or may be picked up at 906 North 1400 West, St. George, Utah.
