Show Program Helps Pay Utility Bill The Five County Association of Governments and the Department of Workforce Services announced a new Utilities Assistance program now available to help families with their utility bills. Those responsi- ble for a utility bill and who qualify may be able to receive credit towards to-wards it. To qualify for the program, participants par-ticipants must gave at least on child under the age of 1 8 living in their home and qualify by income. Income requirements are based on gross monthly income and household size. They are as follows: fol-lows: two people - $1798 or less; three people - $2255 or less; four people - $2721 or less; five people - $3186 or less; six people - $3652 or less; seven people - $4117 or less; eight people - $4583 or less; nine people - $5048 or less; and ten people - $5514 or less.
