OCR Text	Show Public Meeting On Escalante Center Oct. 18 ESCALANTE A public meeting for input on the Escalante Center is set for Wednesday, Oct. 18 at 7 p.m. at Escalante High School. Escalante residents are hopeful of learning more about the center, its operation and its goals. Residents will be asking questions ques-tions about curricula supervision for students, funding sources, impact im-pact on the city's infrastructure, anticipated economic impacts -positive andor negative, potential competition with local business, etc. t
