Show Henrieville News Descendents of the former Henrieville residents J. Orlo and Fawn Goulding held a family reunion re-union at Pine Valley, Aug. 7 - 9. Fawn Goulding, who will be 92 years old in October, was honored at the gathering. Orlo died in 1968. A program was held in the historic his-toric Pine Valley Church spotlighting spot-lighting Fawn's Pine Valley ancestry. an-cestry. Current family members portrayed four generations of Hancocks, Slades and Brackens. The highlight of the reunion was a video of Fawn's life, which was produced by grandson Bill Francis, Fran-cis, who make films professionally profession-ally for KSL-TV and other clients. An original song entitled "Here's to Grandma Goulding," was a fun finale on Friday evening. In attendance were 139 people from four states. Ernie and Wynona Henderson attended from Henrieville. Fawn and Orlo lived in Henrieville for many years and seven of their nine children were born there. Fawn is in good health and lives with two of her daughters and their husbands in St. George and Santa Clara, alternating between be-tween the two homes. |
