STATE ENGINEER Published in Garfield County News on DECEMBER 4 & II, 1997 PUBLIC NOTICE Ordinance No. 1997-5 AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING AUTHOR-IZING THE VACATION OF THE BOULDER KING RANCHOS SUBDIVISION RECORDED ON October 13, 1996. The Board of County Commissioners Commis-sioners of Garfield County, State of Utah, ordain as follows: WHEREAS, the current owners of the Boulder King Ranchos Subdivision, Sub-division, a recorded subdivision located in Garfield county, State of Utah, petitioned the Garfield County commission on the 13th day of September, 1997, with a request to vacate the subdivision; WHEREAS, Thomas M. Hig-bee. Hig-bee. Attorney for the owners of the boulder King Ranchos Subdivision, and pursuant to the Petitioner's request, represented to the Garfield County Commission that the Boulder Boul-der King Ranchos Subdivision Plat should be vacated, and the matter having been placed on the regular agenda for the Garfield County Commission Meeting; and WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners for Garfield county, State of Utah, have found that none of the lots are owned by anyone other than Petitioners, and that the land surrounding the subdivision subdi-vision is also owned by Petitioners, and the Garfield County commission commis-sion having found that statutory notice pursuant to 17-27-809, Utah code Ann., is not required due to Petitioners' ownership of the entire Boulder King Ranchos Subdivision; Sub-division; and WHEREAS, the Board of county commissioners for garfield County, State of Utah, found that no owners of land contigent to any street or alley within the boulder King Ranchos Subdivision which would be denied access; and WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners for Garfield County, State of Utah, found and were satisfied that neither the public nor any person would be materially injured by the vacation of the boulder boul-der King Ranchos Subdivision, and that good cause exists for such an order; now therefore IT IS HEREBY ORDAINED by the Board of Commissioners for garfield County, State of Utah, that the Petition for the vacation for the Boulder King Ranchos subdivision recorede on October 13, 1966, and more particularly described as fol-lowe: fol-lowe: BEGINNING at the West Quarter Quar-ter Section corner of Section 30, Township 33, South, range 5 East, salt Lake base and Meridian, and running thence south 8951' East 1649.08 Feet; thence North 009' East 985 Feet; thence South 8951' East Feet; thence North 009' East 665.13 Feet.
