Proctor Captures State 4-H Citizenship Crown Garfield County came up a winner win-ner again this year in the state 4-H Record Book Contest Stacia Proctor Proc-tor was named state "Citizenship" winner and has won a trip to Chicago. Stacia traveled to Salt Lake City on Friday where she met some 25 other 4-H'ers from around the state who had won in various categories of the record book competition. com-petition. They flew out of Salt Lake International Airport on Saturday Sat-urday morning to spend this week in Chicago. Stacia's trip is sponsored spon-sored by Coca Cola Company. While in Chicago, she is staying stay-ing at the Chicago Hilton along with 1500 other 4-H'ers from across the country. They are touring art museums, visiting the world's tallest building (the Sears Tower), and eating in places like Greek town and China town. Stacia captured the honor as a result of the quantity and variety of work she has accomplished over the last nine years. She prepared a 12-page 12-page record book for judging last June and competed with other 4- i I I - ! , - 1 v . ; i Stacia Proctor H'ers from around the state.
