Show By Ella Adair Francene Fullmer is home from college for the summer. Tawn Mangum and Lynden Sudweeks were home from Grand Canyon for a few days. The John Niemanns have their two grandsons from Las Vegas, Nev. visiting with them and with the Danny Brinkerhoffs. Royal Alvey enjoyed a visit from his sister Thelma Ann Best from Idaho Falls, Ida. Marvin Shakespear is employed at the North Rim of Grand Canyon. Mr. and Mrs. Kim Alvey, Mr. and Mrs. Kenneth Alvey, Mr. and Mrs. Frank Branch, Carol Adair, Mr. and Mrs. Kerry Alvey. Mr. and Mrs. Del Syrett, and Mr. and Mrs. Lynn Allen visited with the Royal Alveys for Royal's 80lh birthday. Granchildren from Oregon, California Califor-nia and Nevada and daughter Gayla Jean were home for the party. Ella Adair spent the weekend getting acquainted with her new great-grandson and great-granddaughter, grandchildren of Mr. and Mrs. Larry Adair. While there she attended the blessing of Bryce Dean Anderson, son of Montyne and Martin Anderson. Mr. and Mrs. Tim Feltner have a new baby girl bom June 16. The new arrival has two older brothers to welcome her. Local grandparents are Mr. and Mrs. LaMar Feltner and -great-grandparents are Mr. and Mrs. Louis Haas. LaRene Munson was the hostess for the LDS Family Home Evening group. A group of the senior citizens enjoyed the program presented by the Utah Opera Company at Koda-chrome Koda-chrome Basin State Park. Paul and Keela Mangum made a business trip to the Grand Canyon. Crystal and Shawn Mortensen attended a wedding reception for friends in Evanston, Wyo. The Kelly Moores visited Ruth Baugh for a week after which Ruth returned to Las Vegas, Nev., with them for a few days vacation. Doug Talbot was in Tropic cleaning his yard and taking care of his home. Carla Day came to Tropic to help her mother Ann Griffin move to Vernal. Beatrice Shirley is spending a few days in Tropic. ' |
