I NOTICE Notice is hereby given that the U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service (Service) has proposed to determine Ranunculus acriformis var. aestivalis aesti-valis (autumn buttercup) to be an endangered species under the authority of the Endangered Species Act of 1973, as amended. Critical habitat is not being proposed. The autumn buttercup is restricted to one small population in the wet lands along the Sevier River, about 9 miles north of Panguitch, Utah on lands under private ownership. The autumn buttercup is threatened by grazing and habitat modification. ' The Service seeks data and comments com-ments from the public on this proposal. pro-posal.
