Show By May Sawyer 7354207 Shannon Brooks was home from New Mexico for a week visiting Julia and their children. Bill Peaboy's farewell testimonial testimo-nial was held on Sunday at LDS Sacrament meeting. Those giving talks were his mother Marion S hum way, sisters Tasha Luke and Kelly Luke of Canada, Kim Luke from Arizona, and Vanessa Peaboy, Bryce Canyon.. A song was sung by his sisters and mother with Bill as the concluding speaker. Bill's grandmother and aunts were here, along with numerous friends and family from Utah, California, Arizona and Canada. He will be going to the South African Mission on April 15. Visiting Bill and Caroline Dody last week were Craig and Kim Simmcrman and baby Laura Ann of Duck Creek. Visiting with Calvin and Ruth Wilson this past week were Charlotte Lane, Jeremy Lane, Martha Lane, Regina Lane, Vernon Lane, Veronica Lane, and Gordon Lane, all of Page, Ariz. Calvin has been a patient at Garfield Memorial Hospital for two weeks and is happy to be home. Other visitors at the Wilson's were Bob and Latitia Henderson of Orderville. Garth Heap visited with Wallace and Marilyn Heap of Cedar City on Sunday. Garth, Wallace, and Mike Heap, Kanab, attended the Bull Sale in Cedar City. Cassie Mack is here from Heber City. She plans to stay for the summer. May Sawyer visited with the Ken Roberts family on Friday and Saturday in Anitmony. Valeene, Amberly and Gannon Roberts and Tracy Matheson visited her along with Kurt and Phyllis Sawyer of Mesquite. Lee Porter of Orem was here for a few days checking on his home, mixing business with pleasure, enjoying en-joying our scenery and clean air. Bob and Ardis Evans went to St. George. They visited with Don and Dixie Munson and Collette Lidell of Salt Lake City. Dianne Porter of Orem is here visiting with Francis Porter. |
