' Registered Nurse Jeanee Shakespeare, Nurses Aide Neki Hajrulla, Licensed Practical Nurse Carla Sawyer and Registered Nurse Louise Holman were among 69 personnel at Garfield Wayne Ross, administrator at Garfield Memorial Hospital, congratulated his 69 hospital personnel per-sonnel this week on the prestigious presti-gious honor received last week by the hospital. "It is the steadfast dedication to quality health care by the entire hospital staff that has earned this special honor for Garfield Gar-field Meorial Hospital," Ross said. Ross said Tuesday that Intermountain Health Care, Inc., the parent organization of the hospital, is the 1991 winner of The . Healthcare ForumWitt Award: Commitment to Quality Award, the health care industry's most prestigious honor in recognition of quality. The award is presented annually to health care providers that demonstrate exemplary commitment to improving quality in the delivery of health care. Ross said, "Our organization was selected for this award because . of its ongoing efforts in developing and implementing continuous quality qual-ity management strategies that have resulted in more efficient services and lower operational costs. Our Total Quality Management' philosophy phi-losophy has received wide national and international recognition and is respected as a role model for hospitals hospi-tals throughout the country."
