Show Miller Awarded Eagle Badge Dcslry Miller, 14-year-old son of Kent Miller of Panguitch and Mr., and Mrs. Duane Wyles: of Cornville, Ariz., received his Eagle Scout badge in a recent court of honor at Cottonwood, Ariz. He is a grandson of Mr. and Mrs. France Miller of Panguitch. Young Miller, who also received a bronze palm the same evening, was presented his Eagle award by his brothers Rick Miller of Fcrron and Cody Miller of Flagstaff, Ariz. A member of Troop No. 39 under un-der the leadership of Scoutmaster John Culbert, Miller serves as senior se-nior patrol leader. He is also a member of the Order of the Arrow brotherhood. For his Eagle community service ser-vice project, Miller painted the exterior ex-terior of the Fellowship Hall of the Verde Valley Christian Church. Congratulatory letters on his award were received by Miller from Arizona Senator John McCain, Arizona Representative Bob Stump! Arizona Governor Rose Mofford . and President Ronald Reagan. In addition to his scouting activities, Miller enjoys fishing, camping and taking part in the Civil Air Patrol Cadet program. |
