PANGUITCH CITY WASTEWATER PROJECT NOTICE OF PUBLIC MEETING A Public Meeting will be held on Tuesday, Aug. 22. 1995 at 7:00 P.M. in the Panguitch City Office Council Room. The purpose of the meeting is to update the citizens of Panguitch concerning the recent changes which have been made to the sewer lagoon site as a result of the Utah Prairie Dog. The Panguitch City Council and representatives of Sunrise Engineering Engineer-ing will be available to answer questions. NOTICE The Executive Secretary of the Solid and Hazardous Waste Control Board has issued a Permit to construct con-struct and operate a Class II Landfill to Escalante City. The permit became be-came effective on July 1, 1995 and expires on June 30, 2000. The landfill is to be located approximately approx-imately one mile South of Escalante, Garfield County. The permit appli-cation was reviewed by the Utah Division of Solid and Hazard Waste and a draft permit was prepared. . . . The public comment period for the application and dralt permit commenced on May 4, 1995 and ended on June 5, 1995. No comments com-ments were received.
