Show LLLLLBr ivHHttLlLHv LLLLLLBavrnLLLLLLLLfli One of the original members of the California group called "The Eliminators," who vacation annually in southern Utah, BPW Installs Officers New officers were installed as 30 members of the Panguitch Chapter of the Business and Professional Women met June 13 at the Panguitch Lake Resort for a dinner meeting. Present to install the chapter's new officers was State BPW President Sharon Isom, St. George. Avonell Tebbs was installed as president, Wenda Mae Tebbs as president-elect, Collette Nay as vice president, Lorene Hepworth as corresponding secretary, Dorothy Houston was recording secretary, and Leeann Moser as treasurer. Also present were Marilyn Hall, BPW district president, and Nettie Pickett, BPW district vice president, both St. George. Outgoing officers were presented with necklaces with a BPW emblem: Avonell Tebbs, outgoing president elect; Debbie Frandsen, outgoing vice president; Melanie Parish, outgoing corresponding secretary; Diane Houston, recor- Steve Gurley displays sample ol super catch taken from Otter Creek In this thirteenth consecutive fishing trip to Utah. ding secretary; and Collette Nay, treasurer. Finance committee chairmen Hilda Gardner and Dorothy Houston were presented with flowers. The Panguitch Chapter BPW annually sponsors the Graduates Tea at which a special scholarship is presented to an outstanding graduating senior. It also names an outstanding Young Career Women each year and a local Woman of the Year. |
