Show Fingerprint Workshops Scheduled by Sheriff Garfield County Sheriff Vic Mid-dleton announced his schedule for fingerprinting workshops at elementary schools in Garfield County. He began his series of workshops on Wednesday, kicking off the new program at Escalante elementary in the morning and presenting his youth oriented program that same night for adults in their PTA program. On Friday, Middleton plans to begin the day in Antimony at 10:30 a.m. and continue on to Bryce Valley Elementary in the afternoon. He will visit Panguitch Elementary on Monday, October 18 at 9 a.m. and will be combined as a part of the school's Safety Week announced Principal Bruce Owens. The elementary school and the PTA have combined efforts and scheduled week long presentations on general safety, fire safety, and bicycle safety. Sheriff Middleton will help kick off Panguitch Elementary's Safety Week at Monday morning's assembly. Students will present a skit on safety, followed by Middleton's address to the students and then all will separate for classes where PTA mothers will assist the sheriff in fingerprinting workshops in each class room. Students atTicaboo Elementary will , also be involved in fingerprinting workshops with dates yet to.be set.
