Show Seven Charged in Alcohol-Related Driving Arrests On October 7, Timothy Juntilla, Ogden, an adult, was cited by the Utah Highway Patrol about 10 miles north of Panguitch. He was charged with alcohol related reckless driving. He appeared before Justice of the Peace John Yardley where he was fined $200 with six months unsupervised probation to the court. Also cited by a Utah Highway Patrol was Robert John Hatch, 19, Panguitch who was charged with a DUI at 9:30 p.m. about 10 miles north of Panguitch. Hatch was fined $299 by Judge Yardley, with $49 suspended. He was also ordered to serve six months in Jail, with the sentence suspended upon proof of successful completion of the alcohol school with Adult Probation and Parole in Richfield. In Escalante on October 9, Garfield County Sheriff's deputy Boyd Woolsey cited Preston David Woolsey, 18; Donnie Dale Barney, 19; and William Glen Spencer, 19 for illegal possession of alcohol. He also cited Samuel Preston Alvey, 23, with supplying alcohol to minors. The four, all Escalante residents, were cited about 1 : id p.m. driving within the city limits. They will appear before Justice of the Peace Norman Christensen. On the same evening Deputy Woolsey also cited Daryl Cecil Griffin, 21, Escalante, for having an open container of alcohol in the vehicle he was ;, driving. Griffin, too, will appear before Judge Christensen. |
