Show BEFORE THE BOARD OF OIL, GAS AND MINING DEPART-MENT OF NATURAL RESOURCES AND ENERGY in and for the STATE OF UTAH IN THE MATTER OF THE FINAL PROPOSED ADDENDUM TO THE RULES AND REGULATIONS GOVERNING THE PLUGGING OF MINERAL EX PLORATION DRILL HOLES - FINAL NOTICE OF HEARING CAUSE NO. MR-001 THE STATE OF UTAH TO ALL PERSONS INTERESTED IN THE FINAL PROPOSED ADDENDUM TO THE RULES AND REGULATIONS GOVERNING THE PLUGGING OF MINERAL EXPLORATION DRILL HOLES. Pursuant to Section 40-8-6 of the Utah Mined Land Reclamation Act, Title 40-8, Utah Code Annotated, 1953, the i Board of Oil, Gas and Mining has given tentative approval to the proposed addendum to Rule M-3 and applicable rules and regulations governing the plugging of mineral exploration drill holes. A copy of the final proposal may be obtained from the Division of Oil, Gas and Mining upon request. All persons interested in commenting upon the final rulemaking amendments may do so by appearing at a Board hearing on Thursday, January 28, 1982, at 1:00 p.m. in the State Office Building Auditorium, East of Room 110, Salt Lake City, Utah, or by sending written comments to be recieved by the Division of Oil, Gas and Mining by the 27th of January, 1982.
