EDWARD DENNERT and ALICE M. DENNERT, husband and wife; GARN L. POLLOCK, and PEGGY POLLOCK, husband and wife; and all other per-sons unknown, claiming any right, title, estate, lein or Interest in the real property described In the complaint adverse to Plaintiff's title thereto or any cloud upon Plaintiff's title thereto. This is an action brought to quiet title in the Plaintiff to the following described properties situated in the County of Garfield, State of Utah, and more fully described as: Beginning at a point North 0 deg 02 min 42 sec East 1515.76 feet along the section line, East 773.20 feet and North 209 feet from the SW corner of Section 35, Township 36 South, Range 3 West, SLB&M, and running thence N 0 deg 47 min 41 sec W 491.3 feet, thence N 88 deg 13 min 26 sec E 234.84 feet, thence N 88 deg 13 min 04 sec E 662.19 feet, thence S 0 deg 30 min 33 sec W 407.73 feet, thence S 88 deg 49 min 19 sec W 233.35 feet, thence S 1 deg 15 min E 160.88 feet, thence S 88 deg 49 min 19 sec W 665.05 feet to the point of beginning. beginning at a point N 0 deg 02 min 42 sec E, section line, East 798.6 feet and N 88 deg 49 min 19 sec E 862.9 feet from the SW corner of Section 35, Township 36 South, Range 3 West, SLB&M, and running thence N 0 deg 30 min 33 sec E 370.06 feet, thence S 88 deg 49 min 19 sec W 233.35 feet, thence S 1 deg 15 min E 369.88 feet, thence N 88 deg 49 min 19 sec E 221.7 feet to the point of beginning.
