Show NOTICE TO WATER USERS The following application has been filed with the State Engineer to change water in Garfield County throughout the entire year unless otherwise designated. Location in SLB&M. a-11154 (89-88) Henrieville Irrigation Co., Henrieville, Ut proposes to change the point of diversion of 1313.44 ac. ft. of water as evidenced by Dil Claim No. 339. The water has been diverted from Henrieville Creek, at a point N. 710 ft. E. 1130 ft. from Wy4 Cor. Sec. 26, T37S, R2W; and used from Apr. 1 to Oct. 31 for the irrigation of 328.36 acs in SEy4SEy4 Sec. 21; swy4SEy4, sviswy4 Sec. 22; WV4NEy4, NWy4, NWy4SEy4, WV4SWy4 Sec 27; EV4, SEy4NWy4 Sec 28; NEy4NEl4 Sec 33; all T37S, R2W. Hereafter, 1313.44 ac. ft. of water is to be diverted from the ' following: 1) same as heretofore; 2) Henrieville Creek, at a point N. 3060 ft. E 450 ft from SW Cor Sec 24; 3) Little Creek, at a point S. 1390 ft E 1620 ft from NW Cor Sec 25; both T37S, R2W (E of Henrieville) ; and used same as heretofore. Protests resisting the granting of this application with reasons therefore must be filed in duplicate with the State Engineer, 231 E. 400 S., SLC, Ut 84111, on or before May 3, 1980. Dee C.
