Weight Limit On Utah 24 Issued Effective March 18, the Utah Department of Transportation has placed a 10-ton gross weight limit on State Route 14, from Cedar City to US-89 at Long Valley Junction. Signs will be placed at each end to notify the motoring public of the restriction. To protect this highway from excessive damrge, this restriction will remain in effect until the road base has dried and stabilized sufficiently .to permit normal loading.
