Show ELECTION NOTICE TO ALL QUALIFIED ELECTORS OF PANGUITCH CITY Take Notice that on the 26th day of March 1974, a special bond election will be held in Panguitch City. Utah, at the voting places set out below for the purpose of submitting to the qualified electors of said City the following proposition: PROPOSITION Shall negotiable coupon general obligation bonds of Panguitch City, Utah, in the sum of $100,000, bearing interest at a rate not to exceed seven per cent 7) per annum and due and payable in not to exceed twenty (20) years from the date of said bonds, be issued and sold for the purpose of acquiring by purchase or construction, an interest in a hospital to be jointly owned by Panguich City and Garfield County, Utah, said hospital to be constructed by said County witthln said City? Said election will be held at the following polling place;, and the persons Indicated as follows will act as election Judges. Regular Voting Polling Election Districts Places Officials Pangultch 1 & 2 Court House Isabel H. Ipson Judge Rosamund D. Henrie Judge Beverly R. Crosby Judge Konroy Henrie Alternate The voting at such special bond election shall be by ballot, which ballots will be furnished by the City Recorder of Pangultch City to the judges of election, to be by them furnished to the qualified voters. The polls at each polling place will be open from 7:00 o'clock A. M. to 8:00 o'clock p.m. There shall be no special registration of voters for the special election and the official register last made or revised shall constitute the register for such election; except that the County Clerk of Garfield County will register as provided by law at his office during regular office hours, except Saturdays, Sundays and holidays, and except during the ten-day period immediately preceding the bond election, any person eighteen years of age or older who on the day of the election will be a qualified elector. The County Clerk will make available or will cause the registration agents to make avallabe at each of the above dsscrib-ed polling places a registration list or copy thereof listing all registered electors entitled to use such voting place. Notice Is further given that on April 2nd, 1974, that being a day not later than ten days after said election, the City Council will meet at its regular meeting place in the City Hall at 6:30 o'clock P. M., and canvass the returns and declare the results of said election. Given by order of the City Council of Panguitch City this 21st day of February, 1974. W. G.
