Show " Hi." f .1 . ..s.. 1 1 . Local and Society FRANDSEN DUCKETT Mr. and Mrs. Clark Frandsen announce the forthcoming marriage of their daughter Barbara to James R. Duckctt, Jr., son of the James R. Ducketts of Panguitch, on March 9 in the Manti Temple. After graduating from Panguitch High School Jim spent a year at Utah State University, two years on an LDS mission in New York and is now working In Death Valley, California. Barbara will attend Death Valley Unified High School in Shoshone, California, but will return to Panguitch to graduate. Everyone is invited to a reception in their honor to be held the evening of March 9 in the Intermediate School in Panguitch, 7:30 to 9;30 p.m. USTON-GRIFF1N Mr. and Mrs. Robert Listou of Escalante, announce the marriage of their daughter, Doneen, to Qulnn Dclane Griffin, son of Mr. and Mrs. A. Dclane Griffin, also of Escalante. The marriage was solemnized in the St. George Temple on Saturday, February 16, 1974. The bride, a graduate of Escalante High School, has been attending Dixie College at St. George. Utah, Mr. Griffin graduated from the Elko, Nevada. High School, attended Dixie College and served an LDS mission in Bolivia. He is presently working in Salt Lake City, where they will make their home. nrw CLUB MEETS The Panguitch Business and Professional Women's Club held its regular meeting at 7:30 in the evening on Wednesday. February 20th In the City Room. ElghUcn members and guetts enjoyed a lovely "Founder's Day" dinner and program. The hortesees for the evening were Jean Hansen, Faye Lynn and Alice Ipson. |
