Show ELECTION NOTICE TO ALL QUALIFIED ELECTORS OF GARFIELD COUNTY; UTAH Take Notice that on the 26th day of March 1974, a special places eet out below for the purpose of submitting to the quail fled electors of said County the following proposition: PROPOSITION Shall negotiable coupon general obligation bonds of Garfield County, Utah, in the sum of $400,000. bearing interest at a rate not to exceed seven per cent (7) per annum and due and payable in not to exceed twenty (20) jrears from the date of said bonds, be issued and sold for the purpose of defraying a portion of the cost of erecting, repairing, rebuilding and furnishing hospital facilities in said County, said hospital to be owned Joint-ly by said County and Pangultch City, Utah? The polls at each polling place will be open from 7:00 o'clock A. M. to 8:00 o'clock p.m. There shall be no special registration of voters for the special election and the official register last made or revised shall constitute the register for such election; except that the County Clerk of Garfield County will register as provided by law at his office during regular office hours, except Saturdays, Sundays and holidays, and except during the ten-day period Immediatel preceding the bond election, any person eighteen years of age or older who on the day of the election will be a qualified elec tor. The County Clerk will make available or will cause the registration agents to make avallabe at each of the above described polling places a registration list or copy thereof listing all registered electors entitled to use such voting place. Notice is further given that on April 1st, 1974. that being a day not later than ten days after said election, the Board of County Commissioners will meet at Its regular meeting place, in the County Courthouse in Pangultch, Garfield County, Utah, at 10:00 o'clock A.M., and canvass the returns and declare the results of said election.
