Show Around and About Boulder BY LENORA LeFEVHE David and Youvonne Johnson of Richfield spent the weekend at the home ot his uncle, the Franklin Hansens. General priesthood meeting was held here Oct, 1. Several women attended Relief Society Stake leadership meeting at Escalante. A baby girl was born to the Jimmy Petersons on Oct. 3 at the Panguitch hospital. Renon Peterson's dental appointment was next day so she went early to see her granddaugher. Those with business at Richfield were the Lorin Moosma-ns, Blom Ormond, Dorothy Lyman and children, the Heber Poulsons, the Obe Wrights, Fa-rlan and Max Behunln, LeFay Coleman of Salt Lake spent the weekend at his brother Dan's home, his father Parley Coleman went as far as Teasdale with him. Clinton and Mary Coombs of Oregon spent a week here. Kay and Merle Coombs went to Richfield and came back to Lyman but were too late for the funeral service of his aunt Va- nevro C. Chappell. They brought Eph and Dicy Coombs back to Escalante. Ivan and Mark Lyman, Mac LeFevre, Gary and VaUene Haws are elk hunting in the Mt. Dutton area. The Uvon Roundy family attended conference at Salt Lake, Gerald and Melba Meth-ew and son of Provo spent the weekend with her parents, the Lorin Moosmans. Linda McCulloch, who has 5 more weeks of student teaching at Las Vegas, spent the weekend here with her son and parents, the Carter Ormonds. Helen Harrison Whiting of La- yton, who taught school here, visited In town. LeFalr Hall and I received word that our brother Elmo was well eough to return home to Teasdale. Oct. 4. Twila Be-hunln was home for the week, end from SUSC. The fall rains of the past few days were great. Old timers predict a hard winter, due to range conditions It will be. |
