Mrs. Doyle Hancock brought his mother Cleora Chadburn here from Dixie to take care of the children while they moved Squire Mangum to Mesa, Arizona for the winter. Gail Duckett spent ten days in Logan with the Kerry Carpenters while Lynn underwent surgery. Visitors at the Wiley Hunt-Ingtons were the Stan Hunting-tons of Cedar, Mrs. Carl Farnsworth and girls and the Mac-Ray Julanders of Pangultch, the Allen and the Lowell Hun-tlngtons of Kanab, Lowell took Phyllis to Salt Lake where she had foot surgery on Monday. Lynne Nellsen of Granger Is visiting her folks for two weeks and helping take care of the Lowell's baby. Conference visitors at Salt Lake were Letitla Henderson, the Karl Lowders, the Ivor Rl-ggs family, Ardell Rlggs. Abbie Fallis attended a wedding Friday at Salt take for her grandson Larry Fallis. Marcie Dutton of St. George visited in town last week, Visiting at the Oliver Hunt-ingtons Saturday were the Ga-rn Hunt Ingtons and two children of St. George, the Clarence Baxters of Calif.; Ileta and Ca sey Dix of Pangultch were Sunday visitors. Hope Dalton brought Mrs. Wayne Stubbs and baby here from Parowan after spending a few days there, she and Shannon Clark of Kanab took them back and met Grant and Gib there and all went to Mllford to visit the Bruce Daltons and the John Baileys. Mr. and Mrs. Garth Heap visited in Richfield and Cedar; Ron and Dalen Sawyer of Cedar spent the weekend with them. Visitors at the Jesse Wilsons were Carolyn Wilson and friends of Provo, Russell Wilson oi St. George, Robert Wilson of Cedar who got an elk in the hunt. The Wilsons have a new grandson born to the Karl Wil sons in Cedar. Julia Turek Is home from the hospital. Their son Brent of Cedar spent the weekend with them and got an elk, Daryl Barnhurst of Cedar also got an elk. Rick and Kurt Sawyer, Kenneth Barney and Lynda Stephenson were home from college. Carina Sawyer, Georgia and Rodney Gunn visited in Kanab. Mr. and Mrs. Dunck Flndlay of Kanab visited the Salvers on (continued on ba.- pa? HATCH (continued from front page) Saturday. Mrs. Florence Heaton of Alton visited here Monday. Visitors at the Gale Wilcock home were the David Christens and Mrs. Norman Henderson of Kanab, Mrs. Henderson also visited the Bob Hendersons. Jane Prietz is back at the Wilcock home after visiting for 10 days in Park City. The Robert Evans visited at Cannonville with the Irving Johnsons and attended funeral services in Tropic for Bruce Rose. Also attending the services were the James Burrows and the Wiley Huntlngtons. The Jon Jansens of Gallup, N.M. visited her sister Elolse Curley and the Robert Evans. The Layton Barneys took Mary Beth Lowder and Mrs. Barney's mother Elizabeth Barton of Tropic to Lehl Saturday to attend an open house for Joyce and Victor Gordon. Mrs. Barton visited several days with the Barneys. The Ferril Barneys of Las Vegas, the Vern Barneys of Richfield and the Don Ipsons of Bloom-Ington spent a few days at the Barneys and other relatives. The Sam Evans visited in Las Vegas for the weekend. Clark and Bill Evans of Salt Lake visited here Sunday. |
